Sylvia Dawkins-Hall

I am Sylvia Dawkins-Hall, Owner of Beyond Care Corporation. Since 2002, I have dedicated my career to healthcare, including twenty years at Open Arms Care (1999–2019) where I rose from a Direct Support Professional to Training Coordinator. My extensive clinical experience includes caring for individuals from infancy to age 103 with diverse diagnoses such as Down syndrome, autism, paralysis, and dementia.

Beyond direct care, I am an active speaker, mentor, and instructor. I have presented at the NAQ Conference since 2013, taught at NATS since 2005, and provide certifications in CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention, and Diversity training. My approach integrates multiple learning styles to ensure student success and empathetic service delivery.

Inspired by my mother’s lifelong example in healthcare and the memory of my grandmother, I view caregiving as a vital connection that provides dignity and hope. I am currently working to license my agency to provide these essential services throughout the Southern region.
